Job Title: MADAPI Scrum Master – MTN Uganda Jobs 2022

Job Summary:
The scrum master is responsible for understanding and applying the scrum framework, developing people and teams, and managing products with agility.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Helping DevSecOps teams apply scrum framework
- Enabling communications across all levels
- Managing sprints
- Managing product backlog
Qualifications for MTN Uganda Jobs 2022
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Project Management
- Relevant certification / accreditation as required for role
- SCRUM master certification
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in relevant sector/industry/ area of specialization
- Worked in a diverse culture
- Software delivery lifecycle process
- Deep understanding Agile/scrum
