Roles and responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries about MelBet and product education
Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone calls, SMS and Whats App)
Acknowledging and receiving customer complaints then share with the General Support Team
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions from customers
Making out bound and retention calls
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Providing feedback from MelBet customers using the site and other services
Managing a team of junior representatives used in activations and field activities
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Ability to work nightshifts
The applicant should hold relevant qualifications
Ability to speak and communicate in more than one language. Preferably, English and one local language
